Democrats like to call themselves the “progressives” but they are the New Conservatives, i.e., they are actually held back by dogmas, long list of “dont-say this or that”, enemy of the business & innovation, government bureaucracy & corruption & hostility towards sports like Golf because of the perception that Golf is for Rich people only (wrong). Congresswoman Garcia from L.A. introduced a bill to convert all Muni golf courses to low-income housing units (socialist dream of keeping people there forever in ghettos). I’ll be there at Torrey Pines (a Muni course) with my son to celebrate this Great game even with the Democratic Party politicians trying hard not to let us middle-class people go about their normal lives with liberty & freedom.
