Did Jordan Spieth intentionally hit patron in the *ehem* with his putter at The Masters?!

A video of Jordan Spieth has gone viral after it appeared the three-time major champion hit a patron with his putter at The Masters.

But was it intentional?

The incident occurred during the final round of the 2025 Masters, as Spieth, 31, made his way to the practice putting green before teeing off in the final round at famed Augusta National. (video below)

As the 2015 Masters champion made his way through the rows of patrons, he held his putter in one hand while fist-bumping patrons with the other.

One man held out a fist to greet Spieth, who returned the gesture before tapping the patron with his putter in the ehem.

The man instantly doubled over as Spieth carried on his way while stifling a laugh.

The patron Spieth jokingly ‘attacked’ was believed to in fact be his manager, Jay Danzi.

It wasn’t the first time at the 2025 Masters that Spieth went viral.

Spieth blasted Augusta National for telling golfers not to talk about mud balls after the third round.

He went on to chalk up a top-20 finish at The Masters on Sunday.

Spieth narrowly made the cut on 2-over par but managed to resurrect his performance with a 69 and a 70 on the weekend to finish T14.
