Getting a hole-in-one is pretty special… but to do it in front of a legend takes it to another level.

She made the revelation on her Twitter page, telling her 472,000 followers she even managed to get the shot on film. (video below)

Spiranac was playing alongside the legend at the Berenberg Invitational Pro-Am at GlenArbor Golf Club in New York.

Dressed in all black just like Player with white shoes, she makes a solid swing at the par-3 14th measuring at 148 yards.

The crowd erupts as the ball drops in and she hugs Player, her caddie and her playing partners.

Player is now 85 years old.

He very sadly lost his wife Vivienne Player in August. She died of cancer.

Player married Vivienne in 1957 they celebrated 64 wedding anniversaries together.

He is the father of six children, has 22 grand children and two great-grandchildren.

Player posted a video of him chipping before the tournament and he still looks in good shape, playing a lovely flop shot for spectators.

Other players who took part in the Berenberg Invitational Pro-Am included Fred Couples and Lee Trevino.

Spiranac has more followers on Instagram than Tiger Woods.

She make thousands of dollars every time she posts updates.

The former pro golfer also has her own YouTube channel where she posts tips and tutorial videos as well as course vlogs.
