Iron-Lad Golf, Inc., is pleased to announce the launch of its new product—. The Levelhead is a golf training aid that helps golfers better understand their lies on greens, and in turn, make more accurate putts.
“Putting is one part of my game that I never gave much time to. Either I was too short to the hole or always off line. Others would tell me things like ‘the ball always rolls toward the water’, and though that is usually true it is not always true.
“There had to be a better way to line up your putts. A product that you could take with you on the course to help you read the greens,” said John Scott, Founder and President, Iron-Lad Golf, Inc.
And so, the Levelhead was created. A small, stainless steel disc, about the size of a golf ball, features a bubble level in the center, similar to one you might find for use in construction. To read the slope or contour on any putting green, simply place the directly behind your ball and it will tell you exactly how much to adjust your stroke for uphill or downhill putts. It’s so simple. Bubble floats left, break is left. Floats right, putt right. Up, hit softer, down, hit faster.
While the Levelhead is not legal for professional play, through practice with the Levelhead, golfers will have a better understanding on how to read various lies, and the amount of force necessary when putting. The Levelhead will help golfers get more comfortable and confident with their game around on the putting green. In addition to these benefits, golfers who use the Levelhead will also:
Get the ball to the hole more quickly;
Reduce the number of putts;
Lower your overall score.
The Levelhead also doubles as a on the green, so not only will golfers have a useful training aid, they’ll have a great looking marker as well. Just throw it in your pocket at the beginning of a round, and you’re set. The Levelhead comes in a variety of colors to choose from, and is reasonably priced at $19.99.
