Pat Perez’s wife slams Tiger Woods with car crash comment

Pat Perez’s wife Ashley has been a vocal figure in 2022 since the emergence of the LIV Golf Series and she has now weighed in on Tiger Woods’ life-changing car crash in February 2021.

“I can hit golf balls. It’s the walking that just hurts – the goal is to play just the major championships and maybe one or two more – that’s it,” Woods said in the video posted by Golfballing.

“I mean that’s physically all I can do. And I told you that, guys, you know, at the beginning of this year too. I mean I don’t have much left in this leg. So gear up for the biggest ones.

“And hopefully you know, lightning catches in a bottle and I’m up there in contention with a chance to win and hopefully I remember how to do that.”

These were the comments that Golfballing showed from Woods’ press conference at the Hero World Challenge last week, but Ashley showed no sympathy with her comment on the video, which now appears to be deleted.

“Literally why driving under the influence is ILLEGAL. I don’t feel bad for him. Thank god he didn’t kill anyone. See ya,” Ashley wrote on the post. (check out the post below)

In April, two months after the crash, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released findings which stated the 15-time major champion drove at an “unsafe speed for road conditions.”

In a 45 mph zone, Sheriff Alex Villanueva reported that Woods drove between 84 to 87 mph downhill in Rancho Palos Verdes. Villanueva also stated that “without signs of impairment, we cannot execute a search warrant.”

This comment was made in response to the accusation that Woods had been given preferential treatment in the report. The 46-year-old suffered open fractures to his tibia and fibula and injuries in his foot and ankle.

After receiving extensive surgery, Woods returned to play in the PNC Championship in December, and this year, he played at The Masters, the USPGA Championship and The 150th Open.

Earlier this season, Ashley Perez commented on an Instagram picture that Patrick Cantlay’s fiancee Nikki Guidish had posted of their holiday. “I’m sorry. That doesn’t look like fun… at all,” she said. This comment was also deleted.

That was in September. In June, she posted a rant about some of the comments she’d received after she revealed her husband was joining the Saudi-financed league.

“So if anybody feels the need to say anything, and I mean anything negative about Pat going to the LIV Tour you will be blocked, just like 200, maybe even 300 other people have been already… and you’ll never be back in,” she said.

“So anyways, that being said I love you all, I cherish you all until you say some bulls*** that I don’t like. I don’t need it, I won’t accept it, I will not allow it in my world, ever.”

In November, Perez himself took issue with Woods’ comments from St Andrews in July about the ‘guaranteed money’ element of LIV Golf, describing it as “the stupidest s*** I have ever heard of in my life.”

It appears LIV employees have been compelled to attack PGATOUR players, eg Watson vs Thomas, Norman vs Woods, McIlroy and more. Now it’s time to get the wives involved, LOL. Mrs. Perez speaks up where her little boy, Pat is in the twilight of his career, is making more money than ever while playing club pro golf. Pat knows Tiger from junior golf and beyond. There is no reason for the attack especially if not directly from.
EXCEPT that LIV wants press. HEADLINES AT ANY COST
    to keep the battle pertinent.
RE: the allegation . . . what would it cost $10-15K to defend
Before LIV that might have been quite a bit of money to the Perez family

Let’s face the truth. tiger woods is a drunk, drug abuser, womanizer, liar, and let’s not forget how he was arrested knocked out in his car? But, he’s a ROLE MODEL for golf’s future generation. I guess we will need to use the old saying “Everybody just want’s to pick on him?” How many times will there be a failure to do a sobriety test on what the world sees is just another, drug, dope abuser?

Kind of sounds like TW is getting cold ass busted. As good as TW is he can’t have it both ways while he flies around in his private jet telling others what they should be doing. Life is short can’t blame one player for taking the LIV money. If U have watched any of the current PGA events their damn right boring.

The PGA players attack LIV Golf for the news headlines, otherwise nobody will notice them. Attendance is down, hell woods had to drive around trying to get headlines. The quality of golf being shown on tv, is as boring now as the presidential debates. As I have said before, Korn Ferry tour golf. Where has all the excitement gone?
