You won’t believe the membership fee for this new Greg Norman-designed golf club
The first new golf course to hit the Miami area in 25 years opens this week, but you’d better have very deep pockets if you want to join.
Featuring a “world-class “golf course, a private yacht club and plenty more, the Greg Norman designed 18-hole private club is open for membership, with a $1 million membership fee.
In a press release, Greg Norman stated:
“The course at Shell Bay will be one of the most unique, pure golf experiences I have ever designed. Completely isolated from its surroundings, the walkable layout will capture the true essence of the game with immaculately conditioned fairways, sweeping sandbelt-style bunkers and contoured greens that test every club in your bag. It will be a place where you can totally immerse yourself in the game.”
The club also features a Racquet Club, with tennis courts containing all four grand slam surfaces.
